Armed robbery of petrol station in Magherafelt

A man with a knife carried out an armed robbery of a petrol station at Church Street, Magherafelt on the evening of Tuesday 14 January. 

Just before 8pm, a man entered the petrol station armed with a knife and demanded money. He made off with a sum of cash and is believed to have headed in the direction of the town centre.

The man is described as being approximately 5'10" tall, of slim build and was wearing a grey hooded top, black bottoms, black gloves and black footwear.
