New Derry author Lauren Robinson has published her first novel, “The Boy Who Saw in Colours”.

The novel, set in Nazi Germany, focuses on Josef, a young boy growing up as a pupil at one of the elite schools created for the Hitler Youth movement.

Lauren, who is 24, says the book took her five years to complete, but says she is already planning a second novel, while currently studying English and Journalism at the University of Ulster in Coleraine.
