Foyleside Shopping Centre has been bucking the economic trend and are set to reach full retail space capacity this week and are gearing up for a Christmas jobs boost.
Despite the economic downturn, and endless tales of doom and gloom in the High Street, Foyleside Shopping Centre will soon have 100 per cent occupancy and are gearing up to welcome 300 extra seasonal staff.
Foyleside is the largest shopping centre and one of the biggest employers in the North West. With over 1,300 employees, they welcome over 10 million visitors per year.
And despite difficulties in the wider economy that has resulted in many retail spaces lying vacant in our High Streets and in shopping centres across the UK and Ireland, Foyleside have reached full retail space capacity with the arrival of Appy Feet and the Edinburgh Woolen Mill, which opens on Friday morning.
