The official biography of legendary Derry blues and soul singer Rob Strong has just been published.

Although a Derryman through and through, Rob was more associated with Omagh, as he fronted the iconic band The Plattermen from 1967-1974.

His son, Andrew Strong, is also well-known as the lead singer in the film of Roddy Doyle’s “The Commitments”.

The Rob Strong biography, written by Paul Holland, is “STILL GOING STRONG”.
